this has been one of the best laptop purchases I have ever made. Bought it for my kid, he's in Highschool, the price was excellent, speed is more than we need, so I guess we will have a laptop for a long time

This computer crashed . . . . would not boot up. No help from buyer, no help from Amazon. HP claims when you buy from 3rd party, warranty is limited. HP wants $402 to fix. You only get full warranty when you buy directly from HP. Bye bye $492 wasted dollars! It worked for about 5 months, and not good at that.

I'm not a tech person, but I bought for my 16 year old son for school and games.It does the job great. No issues with it. My son has been using it for 4 or so months and plays some video games on it and it's been great.

It's been several years since I bought a computer. During that time there were several features of a computer I found I needed and took for granted. This computer has a "delete" button (surprise, some computers don't). Others have the backspace button, but I have found incredible utility out of the "delete" button.The computer runs fast too. Great for gaming and doesn't lag. Haven't tried online though (but also have no intent to do so).It's a wide screen, holds its charge well, and the key stroke is satisfying.The sound quality is descent. My old surface pro 4 had better sound, which surprised me. But the speaker for this guy is right in front of you below the screen and puts . Other computers I tried had the same speaker design above the keyboard with little holes to let the sound come through. They were definitely just for looks - their sound came from the underside of the computer, which sounds terrible. Not so with this HP.Macs and surface pros are great, but their costs are steep. This HP is an overall solid windows-based computer for the price when you want something to perform on a budget.

Nice product. This is my first laptop so I have some changes to make. After being on a dexktop for many, many years The longer I have it, the more I like it. I had to make adjustments to the smaller screen, smaller keyboard, etc. The portability is one .of its' best attributes however. The smaller size is just something I will have to get used to.

Disappointed in this laptop & regret buying it. Glitchy, touchy, hard to figure out, and won't hold a charge for more than a half hour unless it is constantly plugged in. Bought this instead of the pricier Macbook laptop in order to save money. Now wish I would have just paid more and gotten the much better Apple product.
