don’t normally write reviews, but I had to make an exception for the SIHOO Doro C300. After spending way too many hours hunched over a laptop in a dining chair, my back was screaming for help. Enter this chair — and wow, what a difference.First of all, the setup was straightforward and took less than 30 minutes. The design is sleek (I got the grey, which looks great in my home office), and everything about this chair feels premium — from the breathable mesh to the smooth, silent wheels.What really sold me is the dynamic lumbar support and adaptive armrests. I didn’t realize how much strain I was putting on my lower back and shoulders until I sat in this thing. it is a great product with solid quality. it provides great support to the bottom and back plus the neck support as well. Definitely better than the steelcase one I was using at a higher price even. Hope to have the quality over time.

Ordered this as a Christmas present, beyond complicated to assemble, was unable to connect the arms cause parts were machined wrong, I go request a refund and they don’t provide return shipping label and expect you to pay over a hundred dollars due to it being so heavy, spend the extra money with a known better quality product

Great office chair. comfortable, functional, and adjustable. Customer service was excellent! Mine arrived with a missing part and minor shipping damage, but they quickly sent the part and offered a partial refund. Highly recommend!
