Does it's job., great price.
My son's cooker hood currently vented out of a roof tile vent that was straight up from the extractor hood in his bungalow, so warm moist kitchen air into a cold attic created condensation inside the ducting, the colder the loft space was, to the extent that sometimes water was running backwards into the hood.My solution was to take the 150mm duct up at a slight angle from vertical to another right angle, then to a 150mm round to 220/90mm adaptor from round to rectangle, onto a similar sized flexible ducting, over the wall plate into the soffit void & out via a 150mm round vent grill, adding insulation to the ducting should hopefully cure the problem as most of the ducting run now runs downhill towards the vent.I got this with some other ventilation bits, handy to locate all in one order via Amazon, paid a fair price without any hassle of having to locate various different parts. The item is all as expected, fits well & finishes off the job nicely.

This fits my extractor exactly. Seems strong enough.

Pretty good
Not a bad adaptor, used in dual pairs to cross-over-under a set of ducts that were in an awkward height in my MVHR setup, eliminating a low-spot in the ducting that could have been a problem later on.It also came in quite handy for passing a duct over a pair of wooden beams that I couldn't cut through for the 100mm round pipe because it was load-bearing. It fitted with a good inch to spare, which was good as it left room for insulation around the ductwork. The end result is a professional-looking rigid setup that should last many years to come, instead of resorting to flexible ducting which always looks like a messy afterthought. The only let down is there are a couple of internal seams which protrude, but a few seconds with some sandpaper easily flattened those down.

Works for my portable air conditioner (and my cat)
I needed a way to vent my air conditioner without also venting my cat! This works perfectly along with a 150 > 100 adapter. The between the three different sizes of tubes isn’t a tight friction fit, but it’s tight enough to use glue or tape. A cheap and easy solution to allow and cool room without the risk of a not so cool vet bill!

Quality
Decent quality and does what it needs to. I can now put the ducting from my resin printer out of the window. Good tight fit onto the 100mm diameter flexible hose..

bends in the middle, but it would... wouldn't it
This was ideal for the job I was doing. Our kitchen extractor fan routes out through the window frame using this adapter. When installing I noticed the long edges were bowing inwards so the centre of the exit was noticeably narrower than the edges. I corrected this by fitting a brace in the middle, another piece of white plastic glued perpendicular to the long edges. Not really a fault with the product but depending on usage it might be something to consider.

It fits perfectly no need for tape or glue etc.
Converted from expensive rectangular ducting to cheaper curcular.
