Solid Audio amplifier with reliable Blue Tooth connection
Purchased for Home surrounding system: solid case of metal (not plastic). Tested all functions except mic and worked as expected. Output power is enough for home use. Blue tooth connection is very reliable with 30-40 feet . Sound quality is acceptable ( depending on sound source). FM radio signals are little weak. USB/MP3 playback is good. Remote control well designed. Two shortcomings: 1 a loud sound comes out when switching functions and no way to make it quiet; 2 poor user manual and operation instructions.

Great product for the money!
Whether in your home or in your car, give this little amp 12 volts of power, a couple of speakers, and an input source, and you'll have awesome music. Don't let the size fool you - it's got good power and great functions. The Bluetooth, SD card/mp3, and line inputs are great. If you connect the FM antenna, the FM radio reception is decent. You'll likely have to try a couple of different arrangements of the antenna to get the best signal. It seems very well-built and would fit just about anywhere. I like the simple spring-loaded speaker connections - no special connectors are required! Again, great product for the money.

It sound good!
For such a small package the unit performs above expectations. I was looking for this kind of amp for outdoor projection movie night. It is amazing how much the op amp chips have been developed and how good they are. Have it hooked up to tannoy outdoor speakers that are high end components. At 12 o’clock it was way to loud, enough that the surrounding neighbors would not be happy. Blue tooth was fast to connect and the stereo separation was huge. The FM locked on to 40 channels with real clarity take note this was outside not inside the home. Couldn’t tell if FM mode was stereo like you could hear in BT mode. Hooked up to a Rotel tuner to the Line input, could of been a cd player, cassette deck anything with rca jacks. If you have a built in pre amp in your turntable your good to go with line input. No pre amp, you will need the addition of a pre to use your table. Tone control worked way better than expected. The treble knobs performed better than the bass control. The bass control is ok but depending on the music it can be lacking. It has no protection mode you want to blow a channel short the speakers wire together and she will most like have a component failure in that channel. 30 dollar throw away component is just unbelievable cool unit to play with. I can finally see myself buying high end class D amps with changeable op amp chips they come that far in performance.

Clean, Compact, Quality BT Amp
Needed something small that could drive my speakers at my office so I gave this system a shot as it was so inexpensive. Got it in, unboxed it, plugged it in, and hooked up my Micca Bookshelf Speakers.I was floored at the power of this little amp, the clean sound (no hums or ground loops), and the ease of use. It’s quite impressive. With the capability of screwing this in under my desk and running cables over the back, it keeps my desk clean and gives me solid sound. The functionality of the Line In is clear, the Bluetooth is easy to access and pair, and the radio has a decent pickup capability when the included antenna is plugged in. It’s a really great system for the price and the size is absolutely perfect!!! Can’t wait to try it with a couple of deep full range speakers later this week!!

AK55 Clean and Loud!
I got the larger AK55 as an amp for my Bose acoustimass which uses about 250w maxed out. I liked the how this unit looked vs the smaller amp, and the karaoke portion adds an element of fun! The “echo” and “delay” knobs work together to control an overall reverb/delay effect, which is automatically blended at a nice volume in the background. This unit is perfectly at home in the garage and can easily handle a very powerful speaker system. No issues, Bluetooth works and sounds great, and great value for the money!

Descent sound quality and volume.
I installed this on the wall of my shop. It works and sounds great in a shop. Back in the day this amp probably would have weighed 20 lbs. I folded a little shelf and stuck it on the wall above the outlet. I mostly use the mp3 thumb drive, but the bluetooth and FM radio also work great. The downside of the bluetooth is when I walk away with my phone in my pocket or go into another room it messes up my tunes. It does not play .m4a format music on the USB drive. If you use itunes you will have to reformat them to MP3 to play on this amp. It's not hard, VLC media Player will do it. Pay attention to this, I'm saving you a huge amount of time and frustration figuring out why some songs play and some don't. Enable extensions and check for format. I run the volume between 20 and 25 percent most of the time when I'm by myself. I have to turn it down or off if I have company. I has a remote which I never use as I store it on the top of the unit. The controls are dead simple. good luck Jim

Set your expectations
I needed an affordable solution for my 2x 400w speakers and I found one here. It's compact, it's powerful enough to accommodate the speakers and yes, I did see that it has only Bass and Treble settings but man I'm missing the sub and echo!Pros:InexpensiveJust wat I neededPowerful/loudCons:Lacking sound controlsIf you're particular about how your music has to sound - don't buy this. Otherwise, decent bang for your buck.
