Great to keep momentum
The prompts are very open and allow a wide interpretation. Instead of writing in the book, itself, I use a notebook so that I can use the original book for a few years.

Great for quick daily insights
I like this journal for the prompts and space for quick daily insights. Personally I like to journal quite a lot - so I still have another journal at hand for longer entries, but this gives me and easy way to remind myself to check in on my mental health daily.

Love this....
I loved the book so much that I read it twice. Then I saw she had a journal. I love it. I wish you had more area to write in however it serves its purpose and I write in it everyday. This is a great journal for someone starting out.

I am not a journal person so this sat on the coffee table for a few weeks while I circled it. When I did get to it, I found it pretty easy to use and insightful. No need to write paragraphs. You can write a sentence or draw. Love the midweek checkins. Plus no need to worry about missing days because you can pick up the next idea/insight easily.
