As a member of a gym, I find this little box fantastic. It feels almost identical to a pull machine and I’m extremely happy to have a portable gym at home for my 20 minute daily work out. I only need to visit the public gym once or twice a week which is always a bonus.

I was really impressed by it when it arrived, I was worried that I was flushing money down the drain but it’s great. The down sides though are it over heats quickly on high resistance. The handle (as pictured) came apart after a few months, so the stitching could be with strengthening. All the accessories are easy to swap and change and are reasonably comfortable. It’s a shame you can’t buy accessories separately, I’ve bought generic ones that clip on to adapt the use further and to replace the one that snapped. I have to charge it after about every 2 uses but that could be with the level of resistance I use. Looks nice and well made. Would recommend.

Great product. many setting available. Works fantastic! Saves the space, as you can use it instead of most other big sport equipment. Recommend it!

The product itself is great and has a solid concept, but I’ve encountered significant issues with customer service. I purchased this device about two years ago, and I've been experiencing problems with the power button. Sometimes it works, but other times it doesn't, which has left me unable to use the device for weeks at a time. Unfortunately, there’s no clear way to reset it or troubleshoot the issue.I reached out to their customer service through their website and various email addresses I found online, but I never received a response or any support. I genuinely love the product when it’s functioning properly, but it seems the company doesn’t prioritize customer care, which is quite disappointing. I was eager to buy a second unit to enhance my workouts, but I’m hesitant now, as I could end up with another device that becomes a useless paperweight.

Though you need to make sure you hotel room has a door you can use to get the most out of it

This is an amazing piece of kit. Resistance is very controllable with the app, up to 20kg which is enough for my rep routines. I use it for stretching - legs, shoulders - and for training. Feels reassuringly well made. Need a sturdy door and frame if you want to use the door attachment - almost broke my door fittings on first attempt!I downloaded the app from Google play - the site location linked to the qr code had a security warning. Instructions are well written, and instruction videos are surprisingly good.Still trying to work out how it can charge my phone using energy produced, sure I will get there.

Whilst I was certainly curious about this product, I was also very skeptical at the same time, thinking to myself "20kg resistance from that little thing!? Surely not", but not only was I proven wrong, I actually LOVE using this crazy portable multi-exercise home gym device.Setting up this device was straightforward due to the mix of clear instructions and that there isn't many steps to follow.Downloading the 'Fitness PUMP' app is essential as it is used for weight and different types of resistance. The app not only gives you exercise tips, but you can also check the battery level and even wirelesly update the devices firmware.There are tonnes of different exercise movements you can do; combining this with the resistance up to 20kg and having the ability to adjust the weight at small increments at a time, this will save space and money from not having to get multiple weights or additional equipment.For such a little device, it has a lot of kickback and it's very effective. You really can get a decent workout from it.Hopefully, it has a good longevity (time will tell).

My ability to exercise is quite limited and getting down the gym isn’t really an option. So, I was looking for a easy solution for me to use at home, where I can do a range of exercises and easily control the intensity.In the box you get the Unitree Pump, Door Anchor, Pull Rope Handle, Fixing Belt, Ankle Strap, Extension Strap, Safety Buckle, Power Cable, Storage Pouch and Instructions. You will need to download the Unitree Pump app and there’s a QR code on the rear of the pump that you can scan to take you to it. Setting the pump and app up is relatively straightforward.I would say that the majority of exercises involve using the door anchor, which you put on the opposite side of the door at various heights and close it. You are going to need space around the door to do your exercises. The remainder use the ankle strap or fixing belt.The amount of weight (tension) on the pull is controlled by the motorised pump and is set within the app. It can be set for equal pull/release weight, greater pull/lower release, lower pull/greater release, etc.The exercises and workouts within the app are quite extensive and include cardiovascular e.g. rowing. You can also set-up a customised workout to suit your needs. All the exercises are broken down in categories, making it easy enough to find what you’re looking for e.g Arm, Shoulder, Thoracic, Heart & Lung, Hip, etc.The app tracks your progress, can send you workout reminders and there’s a Community.The warranty on the pump is a follows: Within 1 year from the date of signing and the number of use is less than 80,000 times, if the product has a performance failure or battery damage, we will reissue the product for free after being tested and confirmed by Unitree service center.It’s very early days for me in using this and I’m still getting used to it and am using it at a very low weight/resistance. Given the nature of my injuries, which are right-sided, I can adjust this for the side I’m exercising. Working my left side that bit harder. The ability to do cardiovascular exercise is a real bonus. It is a bit on the fiddly side in that you do need to reposition the door anchor depending on the exercise and you do require that space around the door in the first place.Clearly, what I cannot comment on is the medium to long-term reliability of the pump.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful.
