Negative. 5’-10” 200 And if I bent over the back would open (velcro).

The xL fits my husband who is 6’2 and about 230lbs without being able to fasten at the back, which is something I had seen in a review before buying but was not a deal breaker for me- I may just put a button at the top back. It’s a bit slim fitting actually. If there was an xxl I probably would have gone with that option but I didn’t find any bigger size than XL. if you happen to find size options i’d Advise you to go with the xxL
