Great Foot & Ankle Stabilizers!
These support wraps have really helped keep my plantar fasciitis in check. Very easy to use and they aren't bulky, so they can be worn in regular shoes, boots or sporting shoes. You can adjust the strap to fit as tight or loose as you need. I use them when playing pickleball and tennis. Wish they came in white!!!! I'd get one in every color if they were available. Personally, they work better for me than orthotic inserts.

Almost immediate relief of plantar fasciitis pain!
Several months ago I sprained my ankle and broke two bones in my left foot. Following a month in an aircast I developed plantar fasciitis with severe heel and arch pain.I ordered Feetures socks and this brace and the pain was dramatically improved. Both are thin yet supportive, and fit within my existing shoes. The brace is comfortable enough to wear all day!Because the toe of the brace is open, I could even wear it with supportive sandals in the summer. If you follow the sizing guide it is true to size. I highly recommend this brace!!!

Good support!
This is a nice little ankle support. It’s easy to put on and I’m able to wear most of my shoes with it on, especially sandals. After awhile though, it starts to hurt in the front where my foot and leg meet. That would probably happen with any support sock so I can’t fault the product for that. It really makes a difference in my Achilles tendon when I wear it.

Very Pleased
I am suffering from Achilles tendonitis. I received this brace today; it fits well and provides great support. I have only used it for walking so far but it has been helpful. It is a quality product which I recommend.

Faulty ankle support stitching.
The support is very good and the medium size is perfect for me but the stitching on the top band is not. After only a few days of wearing, the stitching has come loose and the top hem is fraying out. I will consider researching another brand.

I'm super glad they don't suck and aren't flimsy.
WoW! I’m a man with a size 11 3w foot. Got a round, painful, hard knot on my Achilles tendon, been there about three months. I don’t trust doctors at all and don’t believe modern medicine wants to cure anyone. If you're concerned about materials with this thing, relax. It's heavy duty. I chose L size and it fits well but tightly. For compression, that's what I want. The copper in it? Is probably a waste of copper but, it makes me believe it's good for me. No loss.IF you don't need the foot (Plantar) aspect, you could get away with a tight bandage. However, I have no problem wearing these inside my regular shoes. My concern is circulation. I'm sure I couldn't wear this to bed!! It's too tight. But, for mobility, pain relief, I'm totally digging it.

Night and day difference for ankle nerve pain
I have flat feet/fallen arches, with one bad enough I've been offered surgery to place metal plates and screws. I think I've irritated the nerves in my bad ankle from a heel counter in some support shoes that was contacting in just the wrong spot to cause Peroneal Tendinitis. I have not been diagnosed with this but symptoms match. I changed shoes and pain continued to get worse. It's a strong burning pain on the inside of my ankle that makes walking rather miserable. I was limping around trying to not move my ankle much which started to cause pain in my Achilles. I purchased a pair of these and wow what a difference it makes on this type of injury. It hasn't taken all the pain away all the time but I can walk normally. It took my pain from a 6-8/10 to a 0-3/10 I'd say. I can't believe the difference such a simple compression device has made. I haven't tried the Velcro straps yet as minimal bulk is ideal and my AFO brace (which has several Velcro straps) didn't take the pain away. I did size up one size as many have recommended. I will say the lower edge of the sleeve that wraps around your forefoot is a tad tight still and the upper edge is a little loose. I have slightly wide feet and smaller lower legs though. The sleeve doesn't seem to move around while wearing either, even on a 12+ hour shift. Anyway, the pain isn't completely gone but it has made a night/day difference. Would definitely recommend.

Listen to the manufacturer's guidance on sizing, not the reviews (yeah, I know it's ironic)
This feels like a really well-made support band, but as someone who's always struggled with boots and shoes (I have small but wide feet with high arches and strong calves, and a perpetually swollen ankle due to injury), I tend to experience issues with these kinds of socks being too tight around the calf (if I can even squeeze my foot into them). So I listened to those who said the sock was very small and tight, without too much elasticity, and sized up. I shouldn't have. I think a large would have worked perfectly for me, but I upsized to an XL so I'm never going to get as much support as I'd like from this, even if it is comfortable enough to sleep with. I'm glad it came with the extra velcro cross-over strap so I can at least get some support out of it. Not the company's fault - completely my own - but I would suggest going with the ankle measurements they suggest. It's a good quality support brace overall though, and the fact that it can fit in normal shoes is a big plus.
