HITACHI 1.5 Ton 5 Star, Window Inverter AC (Copper, 100% cooling at 43 degree Celsius, SHIZUKA- RAW518HGEOZ1, White)

PROSQUICK INSTALLATION and GREAT SUPPORT from CUSTOMER CAREThe HITACHi Window AC was delivered on 4th Oct 2024 at round 9 in the morning and by around 12 the Installation Engineer called and came by 1 PM and the AC was installed by 2 PM. (VERY QUICK)The support person also provided carpentry service (At Extra Cost) which was useful as the size of my earlier Window AC was different.Hitachi has a Mobile app and I downloaded and registered my product but was unable to see my warranty. An email to their customer service was sent by me. The next day a service personnel acknowledged my complaint and I received the Installtion Service Receipt and Product Registration Email and the App showed the details.They also offered multiple types of AMC, but I opted for just the Preventive Maintenance. They also gave a 15% discountThe next day the Support Personnel asked me if there was any problem. (EXCELLENT SUPPORT)EXCELLENT COOLING, LOW NOISE, CONTROLS ON REMOTEThe AC as such is excellent and cools very fast and has a good throw. It has a automated side to side swing. Vertical swing you have to adjust the louvre manually. We used the Fan at the lowest speed as the cooling is very good as of now. As it is a Inverter AC 5 Star I will know the power consumption only after a couple of months. Noise is also quite tolerable.All functions are only available on the remote and the Controls on the AC are quite spartan. The addition of a visual temperature indicator on the AC Panel would be very useful.Bargain PriceOne of the better ACs (Windows INVERTER AC) made available at an excellent bargain price of 30,040 after SBI Card discount and exchange.CONSControls and indicator on the Window AC Panel are very SPARTAN.. Addition of a temperature indicator on the Windows AC Control Panel would be a great feature.RecommendationAt the price point I got it it's a great buy.

Nice product..value for money on time delivery

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product online, its cooling is just average.There is water dripping from all sides not only the the outlet given. Called installation person and he said he cant do anything. More than that he took 2200 for installation which was no reasonable.Seems I made a huge mistake by buying it online.

Service is good installed on very next day, cooling is excellent, built quality is very good, consumes very less electricity if ac is on auto mode only 6 to 7units if ac runs for 18 to 20hrs, overall performance is good, and value for money
