Decent product, no issues
This product is the husband's usual size, and though they fit nicely, he feels they should be a bit tighter to offer the support necessary for healing from his procedure. He compared these against a different product a size smaller and still prefers this one despite the extra looseness.We haven't had any issues with the ice packs yet, but I wouldn't ignore the reviews that have - these types of ice packs seem to not be good quality no matter what product they are included with. It would be nice if the underwear had thicker insulation around the ice pack pocket, and if the pocket was a little lower to actually be near the area affected.Overall, the husband thinks these are a good pair of underwear to lounge around the house with during recovery, but he may switch to a more known brand once he is permitted to return to work to make adjusting back to a normal routine easier.

Pouches broke after few times!
Usless low quality product!The cooling pouches broke apart after 5 times.Don't bother buying it, you will not be happy.Everything else is not good too.Size is too big, support is minimal, no comfort at all. And it's horrible value for your money!

Great to have post Vasec!
I have never been one to like these. But since my procedure i can't imagine life without them. The support and comfort is great while recovering and the ice packs are wonderful! I do think the material is a little cheap as the band feels like it wouldn't last long. It fits decent although the sides of the front are a little narrow.
