My application required my TV to be centered over a refrigerator. The stud I needed to mount to was about 4 inches off center from where the TV was to be centered. I also required the TV to be extended 30 inches from the back wall. I emailed Barkan customer service with questions as to which mount was best suited for my application. I received a quick response with answers to my questions. I emailed 3 times with different questions and received prompt responses each time.Mount was well packed and all parts were in separate well labeled packs. Installation took 1.5 hours. I used all supplied parts with no issues. Directions were easy to follow.I have a 32inch TV and the mount feels very solid at a 30 inch extension. TV can easily be turned for different viewing angles.Very satisfied with this mount and the great customer service.

It was exactly what I need, can see tv from every angle!

I had a huge opening in my Master Bedroom built for an older big rear projection TV. Were doing custom cabinetry so the space is now usable with a full motion TV mount so you can still get to the rear cabinets. We put a double stud turned 90 degrees in the center to have solid stability. My TV is an older 61" which weighs about 60 pounds with the stand. Look at the first picture with the mount. That is why I only rated it a four star. Now I'm going to have to move the mount 3 inches to the left and put in more wood behind. Saw nothing in the instructions to indicate this. I could get it centered if I moved it out about 4-5 inches past the wall. I want it even with the wall though unless I'm trying to get to the cabinets. It's at the very least a two person job to connect the hardware on the back of the TV to the hardware on the wall because they're connected with bolts. Overall Barkan makes very nice TV mounts. Not a lot of mounts that move out 40". I just wish it had a chart showing how much off center the mounting plate would need to go to center the TV.

Have metal shop, used perlin inside to mount base to. Holds well but bungee cords help with wind. Does rotate 90 each way so you can adjust viewing.

I purchased the new item, but I got used one. The box was damaged and parts were all over the box. Little bags with screws were damaged with the holes like my dog chewed them and that’s why the parts were all over the box. Some parts were already in place, someone already put them together. What a disappointment!
