White Gardenia by Monotheme for Women - 3.4 oz EDT Spray

I used to get this from a well known British store (much loved for their sensible knickers) but suddenly earlier this month they stopped stocking it with no warning or explanation - although they still do other Monotheme scents. I've been wearing this for a few years; I used to have a Gardenia scent from Crabtree & Evelyn but my local shop closed (they only seem to have an online presence now), they don't appear to do scents at all now, apart from room sprays! I was really pleased when wandering through Marks I suddenly spotted this - it's affordable and attractive on my dressing table.I had a moment's panic, wondering how I was going to replace the almost empty bottle, but was amazed to find it on Amazon. And slightly surprised to find that it was around £5 more on Amazon. Still, given the choice of no eau de toilette or having to buy something slightly more expensive or - even worse - having to find a new scent ONLINE with no way of trying it out first ... I bought this from Amazon. I had it scheduled for a delivery about five days after I bought it but it arrived early. Well-wrapped and fuss free.I like this scent because it is floral without being too sweet or over-powering. Some products give me headaches/make me sneeze (I can't wear l'Occitaine at all) but I have no problems with this. I find that it is subtle enough throughout the day, it doesn't need to be re-applied every few hours (not that I'd ever bother with something like that). I generally wear this one in winter and swap to a citrus based scent in summer when it's warmer.

This smell is just ST! Don't waste your money!

An easy perfume to wear on a day to day basis.

OMG, finally found a floral gardenia.I love this but it's cheaper in Marks & Spencer.The only down side to this Gardenia is, its an "Eau de Toilette", and not a perfume - as perfume has a higher concentration of the fragrance and therefore a longer sillage.The scent does not alter too much once on, perhaps becoming a bit mellow. It smells fresh and clean and not to heavy. it stays close on the skin. I want a bodywash or a soap in it.
