Very small quantity but curdles quite fast
I'm just a beginner and unaware how keffir milk should tastes or feels.This won't form granules much like other keffir milk products at this range. I tried Zoh's before and it had that disclaimer. It tastes and feels same as Zoh's but overall I don't see much point for either. I'm currently interested in gut-brain axis(it's a real thing check wiki) and have been trying out various probiotics available. Keffir Milk tastes and feels same as those general lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium types available everywhere. Oh well, 3rd packet onwards I let it be a part of my mega milk concoction filled with all the pokemon...I mean milk probiotics I collected till now and cultured separately before mixing.

It came out creamy and thick and amazing
