I bought these to help with extreme breast tenderness & night sweats I experienced with menopause. To my surprise, it also alleviated extreme fatigue and eye discomfort that I had no idea must have also been related to hormonal changes brought on by menopause. Even more significant, this is the only thing that helped me with a sudden and constant urgency to urinate. Doctors misdiagnosed this as a bladder infection, but antibiotics made no difference. I was afraid my job was going to think I was on drugs or drinking in the bathroom because I had to go again as soon as I sat down at my desk, maybe at 30 minute intervals. I forced myself to wait an hour before going again. Still, this urgency made it challenging to focus on anything else! I didn't want to go anyplace where I could predict long intervals between restroom opportunities. I was barely 50 at the time & knew this wasn't normal but doctors really just don't care. They just want us to take estrogen therapy My, which i feel could be related to the high incidence of breadt cancer seen today. I refused to go on that. My 2nd day of taking these supplements, it was lunchtime when I realized I hadn't peed all morning and I was so productive at work that day! Such a happy surprise. I take one every 3 to 4 hours and I love the option to get it at such a low dosage. This stuff truly gave me my life back. I highly recommend anyone try this if you're dealing with weird unexplainable changes since menopause. Give these a shot. I got this for my 15 year old to try for her acne. The stuff she was getting from the dermatologist wasn’t working. With in two weeks her skin is almost cleared up. She is taking 1 tablet a day and tolerated it well. She is prone to headaches so I wanted to try it out at a lower dose.

Good supplement though I'm not sure how much I should take. Only bested by a Smokey Mountain version, which apparently isn't available right now. Otherwise a solid product.

I got terrible acne around my jaw and neck after getting off the birth control pill. I read that DIM can help block excess androgens post-pill and it did! My acne on my jaw and neck are much better after taking 100mg per night. I’m glad I started with this lower dosage because most other DIM supplements I found were 200mg for one pill and that much was not necessary to work. It took me about 4 weeks to see results! Worth it!!!

I am 35 and have always had acne but when it turned into painful hormonal acne I almost had a breakdown. After a $1,000 trip to a dermatologist with no results I heard about DIM from a YouTube doctor but saw the recommended 200mg gave people side effects at first. So, I ordered these at 100mg and started by taking one every other day. I only had a slight headache at first and have now been able to work up to taking it twice a day. I have been taking it for almost a month and have the clearest skin of my life. Also, the worst of the pain from the acne was gone after just a couple days. What a huge relief!

if you’re wanting to start using DIM but not sure, use this product. I ordered a 200 mg DIM and it made me break out like crazy. I then found this one (it only has 100 mg) and it works better for my skin and period. The lower mg is safe to start. I have noticed a different in my skin and body. It works!

This is a good product but be cautious with it! I took it for my PCOS to help with estrogen and It dropped my estrogen way too low and caused more problems than I wanted. But it is effective at doing what it says.
