I have been using this supplement now for about 2 months, and it has become a big part of my daily routine. Before using this, I was consuming large amounts of caffeine and still found myself struggling to get through the day. Most days I probably consumed 300-400 mg of caffeine in the form of coffee and energy packets which still left me feeling tired and it aggravated my anxiety. I bought this to see if it would help with my brain fog and tiredness, but also my mood as I was struggling with anxiety and depression. I was diagnosed with PMDD so I was prescribed a prescription for that, but I am still taking the mushroom supplement because it has helped tremendously with my energy levels! I take one first thing in the morning with a glass of water, and then I usually take the other one in the afternoon around 2. My morning brain fog has went away and I have went from consuming 300-400 mg of caffeine per day down to just about 100-180 mg. Another unexpected benefit I have noticed since taking this is that the keratosis pilaris in my arms has also improved! My arms are less red and bumpy than they have been in a long time. I have been very pleased with this product and haven’t noticed any negative side effects with it.***If you are taking any prescriptions, always check with your doctor and/or pharmacist to make sure there are no interactions between your prescribed medications and herbal supplements. I consulted with both and did my research before making the decision to continue to take this supplement with my prescribed medication as there were no interactions found.

Great product I will buy again

I’ve only been taking them just about a week. I am starting to find more clarity. I am excited to see what other improvements I start having once they are in my system longer.

I took it for about a week in a row. I didn't notice any difference really. It may have helped a bit with my mood but I'm not totally sure. I went off some meds and needed something to help me manage. I also take Kratom though. So maybe I'm used to that. Kratom does make me nauseated time to time. So when I need a little extra boost with no nausea, I take this. I feel a slight improvement but nothing huge. Does make me a little tired with the Reishi in it. Not good for working.

Very good product kept me feeling great and like I needed them when I was high. Made me feel normal and up to date.

I didn't noticed a single change or any difference whatsoever, I will not order again

This new lock dropper is terrible! I cannot open it! The old bottle dropper top was fine! Now what do I do? Total garbage! What were you thinking?

I love that this item has eight wonderful beneficial mushrooms inside one bottle. The dosing dropper is labeled with measurements and conveniently comes out almost perfectly to the 1 ml without even trying to get that perfect squeeze. The taste of very is quite enjoyable, I expected there to still be an earthy undertone which there not. I feel a perk in my energy and a clarity in my brain function which is usually on autopilot these days
