DD Tarp 4x4 - MC

I love this tarp. I bought it to cover my 12ft hammock which it dies, easily. As with all DD tarps the quality is excellent. It's quite heavy though and this may put off some ultra light campers. All in all it's fantastic.

Very big and comes with 4 tent pegs and cord. Personally I have replaced the cord with 550 paracord and chose carabiners but that is just preference.There are so many loops on this you can mount it how you like. Very strong and a nice pattern.I kept the case but have put the tarp into a dry bag so I can squash it down nicely. I don't want to fold the tarp as it can dry out in the sun and make weak points so dry bag you can just stuff it away as you see fit and squash it down.The fabric seems to be very strong and durable. I suspect this will last for many years. There are straps holding it all together so noty likely to wear out any time soon.

Arrived super quick. Tarp is great quality with plenty strong attachment points. The camo pattern is superb and on our first outing it blended brilliantly with our surroundings in our local woods (see photo). Can’t wait to try other setups with this tarp and glad we chose the 4x4 size, perfect for 2 people and our gear. Although it comes with 4 guys and 4 pegs, I recommend you buy some extra para cord and pegs to properly get the most from this tarp. Very happy.

Rapid delivery.I'm a big DD fan. I've been using their travel hammock/bivvy and 3*3 tarp for a couple of years.... Without issues.The camo 4*4 tarp is no exception. The quality is excellent and the breakup pattern is very good indeed.Under 1.3 kilos and I have more space than my living room.Excellent tarp. Excellent vendor.Thanks mo chara.

DD ARE the best very quick delivery so quick I didn't have chance to blink I have had 2 tarps and hammock if your buying any tarp or hammock go to these you will not be disappointed in quality and you can watch there YouTube and others how to make other ways to configure great A1 and very strong, wife stole my other one so she let me have this big one

great size cover a hammock well as expected heavier than the 3x3 but the extra room is worth it

Bon tarp, je l'ai utilisé lors d'un bivouac et il a fait son job, il est grand mais lourd, il convient pour un campement a plusieurs, semble solide mais il est galère a remettre dans sa housse.

Bought this to use with a eno hammock and it’s great plenty of room for the hammock and all my gear room for hanging out and no worries with rain. Plenty of timeouts for multiple setups. This is pretty big and I could have gotten away with a 3x3 if I was worried with weight but I preferred the larger size as weight was not an issue

初代DDタープの3.5×3.5が突風に煽られて破れてしまったのを機に4×4を購入。タープのみでの使用なら3.5でも余裕でしたが、車中泊時に車に被せるようにして使いたくて4にしました。3.5は5年間。。それまではどこも傷むことなく雨風から守ってくれてました。とんでもない突風でしたので破れてもしょうがないと納得。4×4は広いですね。まだ新しいので撥水もしっかりしています。ただ、DDは撥水といより防水といった方がいいかもしれません。使うごとに撥水は効かなくなります。防水はしっかりしているので私は気になりません。また、DDの迷彩の柄がとっても綺麗！！日差しやライトで透過されるのを見るとうっとりしてしまいます。タープとしてはもちろんテントやシェルターとして使えるのにとっても小さく、軽いので常に車に常備しています。ちょっとした隙間に突っ込んだり、車中泊での段差解消にも一役買ってくれてます(笑)

Moin,ich bestellte mir dieses Tarp trotz des hohen Preises.Das Tarp ist absolut super:- bietet genügend Befestigungsmöglichkeiten- es knistert kaum/gar nicht (z.b. im Wind - ganz im Gegensatz zu einer günstigen alternative wie einer Baumarktplane)- es reflektiert das sonnenlicht kaum/gar nicht (--> unauffällig)- es ist durch das doch relativ gute tarnmuster in unseren breitengraden ziemlich gut getarnt. (allerdings ist es mit den abmaßen von 4x4 metern relativ groß und fällt somit unter gewissen bedingungen schon auf)Ich selbst habe es alleine (muss man bei der größe dazu sagen), unter heimlischen Umständen geschafft das originale packmaß nocheinmal um fast 1/3 zu reduzieren. Hierbei gilt es zu beachten, dass wenn man es aber unter outdoorbedigungen einpackt schon eine herausforderung darstellt überhaupt auf das originale packmaß zu kommen!!!Das Gewicht sollte jeder beachten, es wird kaum/keine anderen planen mit diesen eigeneschaften, in dieser größe geben die leichter sind, aber ggf. sollte man auf längeren touren doch eher zu dem z.B. 3x3 tarp greifendieses 4x4 tarp reicht auch locker für 2 personen, ja sogar für "über" zwei hängematten.da man für dieses, doch relativ hohe Geld auch ein Zelt bekommen kann, muss jeder für sich entscheiden was er möchte (für mich als outdoorbegeisterte ist ein tarp in deutschland (teilen europas) die einzige legale Möglichkeit)für den preis würde ich am liebsten einen stern abziehen, allerdings würde das das super produkt in ein schlechtes licht rücken.MFG :)

Ich habe mich für dieses Tarp entschieden, weil hier einfach das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt.Das Material ist sehr robust und die Befestigungslaschen sind hochwertig verarbeitet.Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Camouflage sehr gut und fügt sich super in die Natur ein.Durch die Größe des Tarps bleiben keine Wünsche offen, da man einfach alles erdenkliche mit diesem Tarp bauen kann.Bin von diesem Produkt absolut überzeugt.
