Bought this to switch to different PCs to one monitor. Works great and easy to hook up. Feels like its build well too.

Works as expected
Straightforward to use. In my case, I just had to connect two computers to the device as well as the monitor. Connect the device to USB type A power supply and that's it. Press the button to switch between the two computers.Case is sturdy. Only complaint is that the provided USB power cable is short, about 2 feet in length. I needed to get something longer for my use. Also bonus points that the USB connector on the device is USB C.

Fast switching between 2 DisplayPort inputs. Using on 2K display so not using super high resolution but works well.

This should just be a simple switch, but it can't handle that
Displays periodically break connection when linked to this device and that can crash apps.

It doesn't work longer than a few minutes
After a few minutes of use, my screen starts flickering. Eventually, the screen goes completely black and I have to replug all the cables to get it to work again. All of my cables work individually. I only have an issue when I introduce the switch. Avoid this.

Caused blackouts on my monitor
This item causes my monitor to periodically and randomly turn black for 1-2 seconds which makes it very difficult to get dubs in Apex legends.
