I love the knob design, it makes it so easy to handle!I made Kimchi today before the weights arrived and had to add one immediately of course, fits perfectly!Oh, and they even added a recipe booklet, I will definitely try out the fermented Citrus Maple Gingered Carrots, they look delicious!

I've purchased a few of these. They're great and reliable for fermenting. I love that they fit wide mouth mason jars, and they're easy to remove when you need to remove them. Good amount of weight to them and keeps whatever you're fermenting submerged.

Ho appena iniziato a usare questi pesi e mi trovo davvero molto bene. Per ora li ho usati in due diverse fermentazioni, entrambe in vasetti WECK a bocca molto larga; temevo che il diametro dei pesi fosse troppo piccolo e che non avrebbero funzionato in dei barattoli così larghi, invece sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa e nonostante siano piuttosto piccoli i pesi fanno egregiamente il loro dovere.
