Heated up perfectly and good moist feeling on my hand.

While it looks like a good size it is a bit small if your whole shoulder needs it, but would be ok for smaller areas, I found it does not stay hot long

It's nice! It feels nice. You can heat it up in the microwave. It comes doused in this lavender oil, but don't worry, that's clearly just a marketing gimmick, after a few microwave cycles it's dry and still heats up and retains heat. The fabric isn't trash. If you want one of these, this model is fine.

I ordered a few of these last year and loved them. They provided a nice heat and I liked the soft, washable cover. I specifically got these because they were a larger size than many others at a good price point. I ordered another one this year and it was several inches shorter and narrower than the ones I got last year. I thought maybe I just got one that was sewn wrong so I ordered a replacement, but the replacement was also smaller. It looks like that's just their new size, but they need to update their description to match the new measurements. It's still a nice heat pad, but not the size I was looking for.

It heats up quickly and retains warmth for a good amount of time, providing comforting relief when I'm having cramps.

Works well. Retains heat very well. Super soft. Can be used anywhere. Only downside is the smell. The lavender is very off putting to me but I’m sure some like it.
