Good finishing and really nicely crafted

Broke into two after a single use
The coaster broke without even falling. It just came out while I was holding it. Urban space exchanged the product and also sent 2 extra coasters for compensating on it. Thanks for the great customer service!

Not worth the money | Replacement received
The media could not be loaded. The finishing of the wood is very bad and this is a non-returnable product. The marble look is also bad. It is a white stone whereas the photos show really nice marble designs and shine.It looks like I have used them for months and this is literally how I received them and never used it.NOTE - I got the replacements and they are much better. Changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars.
