IQShield Screen Protector Compatible with Garmin Forerunner® 965 (6-Pack) Anti-Bubble Clear TPU Film

Bought this screen protector a little over a year ago for my Garmin Forerunner 965. Recently went to the gym and somehow got a gnarly scratch on the watch face. The screen protector took heavy damage and I thought for sure that the watch face underneath would be damaged also. When I took the screen protector off though, there wasn’t a single scratch anywhere on the watch face… the screen was in pristine condition, just like new. I’m extremely impressed with this product, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to protect their watch face!

Two years into using this on my Forerunner 965 this thing looks brand new! I'm still on my first one and will probably never need the other ones!?

Exactly what I was looking for. Can’t even notice it when it’s installed. Coming from an Apple Watch which was hard for me to find protectors for, they either peeled up at the edges or were bulky case-style. Important to know to give it time after you install it, mine was bubbly at first so I installed a new one and it was bubbly again but it all smoothed out on its own after a day or so.

Horrible instructions, packaging doesn’t help either. Waiting to see if bubbles come out. I went through 3 of them just trying to understand the instructions basically.

Hard to find a protector for my 965 forerunner. This has stayed on over a year so far! I've cleaned my watch countless times with soap and alcohol; I've taken baths and been in rivers too! I've scratched this pretty well (can't tell it was scratched) and it didn't even budge! I'm amazed and know it's hard to find a protector for this watch, but this is it!

I watched a couple install videos. (The best one is one of the video reviews on Amazon for this product.)I was a tad nervous bc this is the first time I was installing a TPC screen protector on my watch.It was literally SO EASY and straight forward. Here are the steps:1. I cleaned and dried my work surface.2. I washed my hands3. I sprayed my finger tips with the included spray.4. With newly sprayed fingers, peel back one sticker, and thoroughly spray sticky side.5. Place slick sticker on watch face.6. Position as needed7. Squeegee off excess liquid.8. I had to press the perimeter down as my watch face is raised with the glass curving down to the bezel. But once the liquid is removed, the sides adhered easily.9. After most of the liquid was squeegeed off, I noticed 2 bubbles underneath. I simply used the squeegee to gently squeegee each bubble to the side. Bubbles gone!SUPER SIMPLE!I’ll post a photo once it dries.

When I received my kit, I followed all directions included. However, the screen protectors that were sent do not cover the entire forerunner 965 screen, only the flat part in the center, leaving the curved edges exposed. Other reviews state how well it fits, so perhaps the wrong ones were sent in the box? I attempted to reach out to iq shield first, as they implore customers to do before writing a negative review, and that experience is part of the bad review. When I tried to go to the website for warranty issues on the box, it took me to a site my browser said was not secure. The website wanted a username and password that I do not have. I also tried to email customer service, but my email was blocked as soon as I sent it. I have honestly tried to get a hold of them first, to try to rectify whatever is going on, but I have no other option than to put it on here. As evidenced by the overwhelming positive reviews, I am not sure why mine is not fitting, so hopefully you will have a better experience than I did!

Really like this product and it does as advertised! It has saved my watch (Garmin Forerunner 965) face multiple times! Even after saving my watch I was able to still use the existing shield until I could replace for a new one. Installing is tricky sort of with the Forerunner 965 due to the watch having beveled edges but IF you FOLLOW the directions, exactly, not much room for error, then the shields will go one flawlessly!! I have had to pull up the shield and realign once during an install and it did not seem to affect the "life span" of the shield. I did seem to mess one up when installing, due to not noticing the edges did not "cure" completely and the shield did not hold as long. Not sure if it was my fault or a defective shield. I will test the Warranty as it says it covers installation errors. If they do, then I give this product 6 stars! Otherwise, I keep the 5 stars and still recommend!
