I love this sea moss. If your thinking that it’s taste good like everyone says they’re lying to you sea moss doesn’t taste good nor is the texture great but sea moss has great benefits and a few I’ve noticed so far is my energy during the day, I have more energy and last longer. Another benefit is that I don’t crave sweet stuff as much. The quality of this brand is great.

This is not my first time buying this product. It taste really good and I can tell that it was made with a lot of care. I have not been taking it longer enough to get results this time but the last time I did feel a lot of results so this time I will continue it And give a update at a later time.

Not great tasting
It’s def. got a mossy overall flavor. It’s thick and kinda gross. They need to up the fruit flavor in it but it’s not horrible either. When the girl says “Oh it’s so delicious” she’s lying lol!
