Solid but doesn't rotate 360 degree
I purchased this product for my swing, but I was disappointed to find that it only allows back-and-forth movement and does not rotate 360 degrees. While I understand that swings typically move to and fro, the limited space in my balcony would make a 360-degree rotation much more practical and enjoyable.

It wasn't a 12mm thickness, after drilling concrete the screw isn't fitting the 12mm hole. The information provided is wrong or the product made itself isn't correct. Pls 🙏 provide right information or the right product.... hence had to purchase suitable fittings separately.
