The large intestine microbiome seem to appreciate the included probiotics. The health benefits are very good, and the internal working effects (gas & churning) are mild/minimal. I take it 1x/week - - i take 780mg activated charcoal 1-hr before insertion, to prevent reabsorption of toxins released from the colon. Most effective if used overnight when the body’s natural circadian rhythm detoxification occurs. Disposable glove, and coat with a tiny bit of liquid coconut or MCT oil - - insertion is effortless.Best,Super D

Put some gluty up your booty!
Rectal suppositories are perhaps the best way to get more glutathione into your body. Only giving it 4 stars since I have no other options with which to compare. My only wish is that they were less expensive or that they ran specials from time to time.

Don’t waste your $$
I purchased this product after being diagnosed with mycotoxin poisoning. My doctor had prescribed the Pure brand liposomal glutathione however, I wanted to try this brand to bypass my kidneys and for the added probiotics, after doing 60 days of the brand she prescribed, I switched to these. I’m on day 5 not only does this give you terrible bubble guts, It works for maybe six hours then you can feel the inflammation again. The brand my doctor prescribed has been way better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and it is in capsule form that is supposed to be subpar to this delivery method. Now, I’m stuck with 25 suppositories that costs over $100 for 30.

More absorption for possibly more L-Gluathione Benefits ! A Body Re-Set Hopefully !
I got this because I really believe this method is way more bioavailable than the oral method especially since I think the oral method has none or very little bioavailabity with L-Glutathione. It is my thoughts that the oral method is so low ( like close to Zero) it's not worth it to me personally to spend my time and money on it. I do not take any oral supplements containing L-glutathione as I do not see compelling proof by reputable studies indicating any is absorbed rather than destroyed by the digestion process. What I take instead is L-Glutathione precursors like NAC and Glycine. And the reason I try to increase my L-Glutathione production is because it is the strongest antioxidant there is with nothing even close. It is IMO extremely beneficial to the body. Especially for the skin and liver IMO. With this method of delivery through suppositories by bypassing the digestive process and liver breakdown their could possibly be a great deal of L-Glutathione that actually gets absorbed into the bloodstream and used by the body,, much like the intravenous method.What I am hoping for with this round of L-glutathione with these 30 suppositories that I plan on using daily for one month is of course number one increased absorption for max bioavailabity. Next I am hoping to to get my metabolism and energy levels up. The probiotics in this are the prefect match with L-Glutathione for hopefully achieving my goal. The Lactos Bacillus is known for better digestion, better skin and more energy. And Fermentum helps (may) with glucose uptake and insulin sensitivity. And that's just two of the strains in this blend that contains 13 of them. Now one complaint is that some of these strains are so abbreviated it was next to impossible for me to figure out which one specifically was used but I think for the most part I figured out. And the more I studied the more I was all smiles with how well it looked like the probiotics will compliment and help this L-glutathione. This to me looks like a great way to try and get a full body reset with L-Glutathione as well as specific applications too !This companies web site indicate that they triple test all of their products for potency. I also like they state that they use ingredients from qualified suppliers from US, Japan and Europe. These are made in the USA and this company has 100% in house production. I am very impressed with the fore mentioned. I am also very excited to see what results if any I get from this as I am most certain I have never had this much L-glutathione and probiotics doing their deal together at the same time. I am all smiles with the thoughts of all the possible benefits this L-Gluathione will/may provide. I am not having any sides and think this a wonderful product ! Hope this was helpful.
