It was looking good initially but it started giving problem with in a week. First the handle at the top got torn and then after some time it started tearing down from other places. Images are attached. Not sure if Amazon will help to replace it as the return window is now over.

Product design is good , stylist and attractive but stitching quality is very bad. Bought it on 5th January 2025 and this is the condition in 15 days of buying it. Would like to replace this or report this under warranty. Its not damaged or torn but stitches have broken as you can see in pictures.

The zipper feels of premium quality. Lot of space in the bag with many pockets. The straps are comfortable with good padding. Using in for a month, feels perfectly durable.Superb material quality and classic design which make it much more attractive..... Overall a great purchase ..loved it 💯👌

Absolutely terrible product! I used it for just 10 minutes at the airport with only 5-6 kg weight (Laptops), and the bag completely fell apart l. The handle and strap broke instantly. The quality is shocking poor, and it's totally waste of money. This is the one of the worst purchase I've ever made. Don't be fooled by their marketing- it's all just scam!
