Good unit easy to use, cools well
This unit is very easy to use and to install. All you need is a window and an ability to use the window, duct and hose that comes with the air conditioner. I am happy with the way that it cools and how compact it is.

Super cold! Great for bedroom / office spaces. Gave 4-stars because it is quite loud.

Works shockingly well, very easy set up, fairly light. My ONLY complaints are:1.) The remote doesn't work at ALL, no matter how fresh your batteries are. Bummer but not a deal breaker.2.) The piece that you fit into your window isn't quite the dimensions they claim. Its actually about two inches longer. So installing took a bit of creativity. I was able to hold mine in place with tape, partially covering the vent hole in the window by about an inch. After testing to see if this would create issue, it actually really hasn't!Gotta give it a solid four for both of those reasons.
