Good Holder/Charger
Order and works as expected. Holds my phone in place and charges great. Only thing I wish it had was an on off switch for the charging so that my phone was not always on charge if it is plugged in. Yes I know I can unplug it but that part is a hassle. But overall great product no actual product issues.

Great Car Phone Mount and Fast Charger
Great Car Phone Mount and Fast Charger that works perfect with our iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max phones.We really like that you can press the buttons on the side to release the phone when the car was just turned off and it will still release the phone. We tried other models that would not release the phone once the car was turned off so this is very nice feature.We already had the mount so we only used the cradle and charging cable with our existing mount so the installation only took about one minute.Finally the silicone on the inside of the side and bottom mount phone holders is an added value and keeps the phone in place nice and secure.

It's great for the most part.
It fits my phone perfectly each time. However the stability of it sub par. The materials are kind of crappy and it's becoming loose. It randomly opens up when I'm driving and drops my phone or randomly stops charging. I've tried changing cords and everything so I'm pretty sure it's the charging dock. The performance is nice when it works. You can just pop your phone in and it grabs it and charges. Super nice and ease of installing was nice as well.

Does NOT charge with MagSafe phone cases…
I love the way it looks especially when powered on but my biggest complaint is that it doesn’t work with my MagSafe phone case on!!!! I had a MagSafe phone case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it does NOT charge my phone with it! But it DOES charge when I have NO case on my phone at all. So I figured maybe I buy the official apple MagSafe phone case which I did and it STILL DOES NOT charge my phone unless there’s no case on it!!! Idk if mines is defected or what but Very misleading and the fact that this company doesn’t bother reaching out to unhappy customers shows they’re just here for the cash grab. Wasted money on that expensive apple case and this charger for nothing. Hope this helps some of you others from wasting cash.

Made in China
Had I known it was made in China, I would have shopped for one made in the USA.Also, the instructions say to not expose it to heat or cold. You need to bring it in the house. Wish I had known that also! I live where it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
