The 8 footer, which is about 9'-6' with the fall and popper attached (as packaged). The whip seems like it's well made without any flaws that I can see. It doesn't crinkle inside like cheap costume whips. The leather seems well died and soft.It's a real whip and can bite you if you're not paying attention or just goofing around with it.She's got a loud pop and seems to be holding up well after a few days of us getting acquainted in the basement.. Can't wait to get it outside.It's basic simple dark brown with the knots where they should be and a nice solid handle.It's a great bullwhip for people who want to get back into cracking, or for beginners to see if it's something they'd like to learn without breaking the bank.

I’ve never done whip cracking and my first one I’ve bought was this one, and it was fun as hell. The cracker part broke off a week later but I can easily replace it.

My grandson got several gifts but spent most of Christmas Day cracking this whip! Everyone took a turn. It’s seen a lot of use and is still in perfect shape. It’s a neat gift gets him outside often to practice. A good break from the screens.
