I was excited and I am not anymore
I purchased the unit and it arrived promptly.I built a wood frame on our concrete deck because it has a slope. I filled the frame with corase gravel to provide a strong foundation to level it. I used paving pads to add a buffer between the gravel and the hot tub out of an abundance of caution and to hopefully make it more comfortable for occupants.I added a circuit and ran a dedicated line to a new outlet. The outlet is GFCI. The outlet cover was difficult to fit with the GFCI on the hot tub cord.I had to cut the bottom out to make it fit.Setting it up was easy. It feels decent quality. The cover is durable and makes me feel like it'll protect it for a while. The Intex headrests are complete garbage. The cup holder accessory is nice and has gotten a lot of use.Things started going downhill with the app. The app says it can be connected to via Bluetooth but this is a lie. It's actually using Wi-Fi. If the Wi-Fi connection is poor then you can't connect to the hot tub.I ran an ethernet wire and an access point to provide better Wi-Fi to the base. This resolved the connectivity issues. The base station doesn't have a dedicated control panel built in it has a pop out panel. This this detached control panel is janky and is not waterproof according to the documentation. The base station does not have a cover and the control panel and base station are exposed to the elements. Which means it can get quite hot given that it's black with the sun beating down on it.Everything was good we had a few weeks of enjoyment out of the unit. Then I started getting error codes which were tedious to troubleshoot.Given the error codes prevented the filter from running, at this stage I decided to drain the hot tub and clean it completely. Before cleaning it worked after cleaning the base station and control panel worked. And then about 2 hours after it stopped working. The base station receives power. The control panel will not turn on at all.I opened a support case and they approved sending me a new control panel.Giving my frustration that I was not able to use the hot tub without the control panel I also ordered a secondary control panel.Neither of these panels work. The base station has power.I opened the unit to troubleshoot. The motherboard has a blue light on it.I contacted support again and was receiving diagnostic questions which promptly ended when their system kicked me out without warning because it was the end of their day and did not provide me a case or anything it just wasted my time.I have tried leaving the panels on the coils to charge in the base station none of them are charging.I've done some googling and found others expressing the exact same frustrations and issues.I will provide updates regarding this experience once more news occurs. At this time it's been 2 weeks without the hot tub and we had planned to entertain and that was going to be part of the entertainment so I'm pretty disappointed.Update: I just had my claim approved for a new base and was feeling optimistic that maybe I'd have it back and working order by this weekend. And then I received a follow-up saying that the part is on back order with no ETA as to when it'll get replaced. Additionally the support case included instructions for second third and fourth time base station replacements which is really disconcerting. My recommendations to intex would be to give the base station a dedicated analog control system so the unit does not become unusable. And they should have the app connect via Bluetooth to the base station not through the control panel.Adding cables antenna to allow you to put it in a better position so you don't have to run a Wi-Fi node like I did.An optional longer power cord would be nice too.The part site is poorly categorized and difficult to find parts. I typed in my model and it does not show any of the desired parts.Accessories that we were happy with.We bought some weighted water cushions for our shorter guests these are popular.A floating rechargeable light because the light included gets obstructed and it's nice to have secondary sources.A pricey handheld battery operated vacuum be careful which one you get we went through a crappy one before it.Water test kit, pH up pH down, shock, water clarifier.Six filters in total, which I would rotate twice a week. And we would just run through the dishwasher worked out pretty well.In closing there is quite a bit of extra cost with the extra accessories we purchased. The gravel foundation, electrical, a Wi-Fi node, etc lots of labor added a few hundred dollars to the purchase.I can't recommend this product as is because based on what I'm seeing online and my personal experience the product is too volatile and it's too expensive for it to be this inconsistent.I would have rather allocated this money for a permanent fixture and not dealt with these issues.Update I received a notice saying the parts should ship on the 4th of October.I reached out on the 9th of October since I hadnt received anything. Support just relayed that they have no ETA on the resolution.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and IF you do, do so with Insurance or Paypal buyer protection

I love my hot tub!!
I wanted an inflatable hot tub because I’ve seen too many permanent hot tubs heading to the grave yard. I’ve used it year round, and it’s been wonderful! I get away from the kids to have “me” time. Setting it up and getting the chemicals just right was a bit of a challenge, but we took a sample of water to a pool supply store. They told us exactly what we needed to do to get our water perfect! We’ve had it 8 months, and its still doing great!

Good for the price but doesn't get too hot
Doesn't get too hot which for me is ok since I'm in Florida but still would be nice if it worked as said. Still good for the money though.

DONT BUY THIS
The chord is very short. Set it up, filled it up, and it started to get warm. Then it shut down. Tried again and again and again for several days but it never came back on. Called customer service and was told it needs to be plugged directly into an outlet. For me, I don’t have an outlet anywhere close to where I want to put it. Sending it back.

MEASUREMENT IS DIAGNAL NOT STRAIGHT ACROSS
I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WHEN I AIRED IT UP AND REALIZED HOW SMALL IT WAS. WHEN IT SAID 94 INCHES ACROSS I ASSUMED IT WAS A SQUARE MEASUREMENT NOT DIAGNAL. IT IS RIDICULOUS THEY DIDN'T SPECIFY THAT. I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SELLER. THE COVER IS DAMAGED AND I NEED TO GET IT REPLACED.

Maybe you’ll get the right one
Bought this but got a different one. No headrest, no wireless panel, no light, etc. Definitely got the cheaper version even though I bought this one. Intex told me it was an Amazon problem and Amazon told me it was an Intex problem. Because of the issues I ended up getting it for $200, which it is worth that price for sure. Second year using it and it held up well. The cover isn’t the greatest and also doesn’t match the tub but it holds heat well. Be careful how much you run it though, there is no timer for the filter and I ended up spending $1k last summer to heat it. Probably wouldn’t buy it again but for $200 I’m ok with it.
