Absolutely love it! Very great quality. Very sturdy. Leather is so soft to touch and thick to help protect it from rips. Lays back pretty far almost all the way. But I like that feature. My last bowl I always felt like an ostrich trying to stretch my neck in there. Probably won’t get my clients wet because of it. Also the block under your clients head is the perfect addition to this bowl ! So comfy ! And let’s talk about the bowl itself. It’s huge! I can definitely do wet balayage and toners in this bowl ! The foot stool helps the position of the body stay put and also help the client to use it so they can adjust their own neck in the bowl. 10/10 recommend this chair!

These have been a nightmare!!! I purchased two, one of them came with a faulty hose that sprayed water everywhere. We took the hose to our local hardware where I was informed the issue was actually coming from the clamping where the hose meets the connectors. This was a manufacturing problem and not a plumbing problem. I contacted the seller and requested new parts. I was informed that the part was out of stock and it would be least 15 days. We made due with one fully functioning shampoo bowl only to receive replacement parts that were worse then the original. The other shampoo bowl started leaking as well. We finally called a professional plumber who was able to get us “functional” but not fixed. New parts are on order. When it’s all said and done I’ll have over $250 in parts and labor to make these work. Absolutely not worth your time or money!!!

One of the water lines leaks. I love the bowl, it's super comfy and works wonderfully. The waterline leaking is super annoying and has the potential for flooding.

Wasn't sure about the purchase, but...Came in 1 week early, Wife loves the fell of the chair and the size of the bowl. You made my wife happy.

After reading recent reviews and seeing pictures, I decided to give this shampoo bowl a try. I received only the bowl portion and two sides of the chair. Nothing else. There is no chair to sit in. I am on a time restraint/deadline, as I am opening my own salon. This bowl is the first of many things I need to have completed before grand opening. It is highly disappointing to not be able to have the plumber install as planned. The only way to rectify this is to expedite shipping of the remaining parts! I mean like 2 days. I’m so sad. More than likely going to ask for a refund and try to get another bowl in time.
