Easy home kebabs!
Very easy to use kebab mix with authentic results.Just add to minced Lamb with a little water and you have the basis for kebabs and koftas.Delicious authentic flavours and of course you can add your own extras ingredients to ring the changes if you wish. Recommended.

very authentic but use sparingly
This makes really good doner kebab meat, make sure you really work the mince to get the consistency right. I would suggest using less than recipes suggest or it can be a little salty - I would start with half of what is suggested and if that wasnt enough use more next time.

Better than the kebab shop.
Lamb mince 1kg 6 lamb stock cubes and the donner mix about 6 table spoons. 100ml water to mix with cubes . You end up with a lamb donner meat that is tastier than 99% of the shops. Delicious as a burger or make as a loaf and slice thin for kebab. Totally delicious.

When you use this flavour for dona kebab you won't use kebab shops again. Doing it yourself you know the contents are good
