This is a great substitute for eggs when making cookies. I feel safer eating the raw cookie dough with my kids and save money since eggs are so expensive. I couldn’t taste any difference with raw or baked cookies. Use warm water in separate container to mix the powder to avoid clumps and add to batter. My sister (vegan) showed this to me and loves it too.

I have an egg allergy, and like to bake. For several years I have used EnerG's egg replacer, and have not been satisfied with the texture of the cakes/ cornbread/ etc. made with it. Other products have a legume base, and taste beany--which is not okay, either. The baked goods using Judee's are moist, and have a delicate crumb. The directions say to mix with warm water. I use 208 degree water from our water boiler. I am so happy with this product!

Fantastic substitute for those with egg allergies or vegan diet for baking.

I decided to be nice and use this since there are people at my job who don’t eat eggs. It totally ruined the cake. There was absolutely no structure and it fell apart when I took it out of the pan. I’m an experienced baker and know how to properly allow cakes to cool and this just didn’t do it. Stick with aquafaba instead.

The blending of the dry replacer with water or soy milk is smooth. Useful for all my baking projects.
