Comes with base unit for charging, a toothbrush handle and toothbrush head.Great toothbrush for the price with three modes on it. (I think)Once turned on it has a sensor which changes colour if you use too much pressure on gums.It also lets you know when you have been using it for enough time.You can also download an app and sync toothbrush with it but I haven’t used that option yet.This unit stopped holding its charge after a month or so but it was easily fixed.Amazon let me send it for repair at no cost to me. They sent me a postage label to a service centre.It was returned within 8 working days and it looks like they replaced the main unit (handle).Excellent service as always.My wife has same toothbrush and has had it for over a year with no problems.

The toothbrush has a very smart look about it I like the plain white toothbrushes compared with coloured ones it feels more clean. This toothbrush has 4 settings which is a great feature but it is hard to see and figure out which setting you are on, on the toothbrush, you have to feel your way if you don’t have the app to hand. It has a useful change in vibration after 2 min of cleaning. This toothbrush really did get my teeth clean and the app is a smart little feature. I liked the pressure sensor to see if you are brushing too hard. There is also a brush head reminder on the actual toothbrush which is great. It felt good in my hand and easy to use and felt robust like it would last a long time. The battery lasted really well. The heads are not the normal oral B heads I am used to but they seemed like they were quality heads although a little on the expensive side. The toothbrush Overall this is a really good toothbrush and I would recommend. The boys in my house like the coloured black version but I like the white the best.

It's shocking. Don't buy this it's a complete con. The battery life is absolutely useless and doesn't even slowly die. It just dies instantly mid clean.

Brilliant toothbrush - I've been using it for a while now and am really happy with how well it cleans my teeth. Being quite sensitive to electric toothbrushes, this one seems to clean brilliantly and also seems to be gentle on my gums which was something that I needed.I chose the io4 as the blurb on the page said that it had a pressure sensor and this seems to work well as it directs me to clean better than I was before. It leaves my teeth sparkling and they seem to look that bit better after only a short use.The charging is good and it comes with its own little stand that keeps it upright whilst charging. The two pin adaptor included needs a shaver type adaptor as I haven't got any power in my bathroom at all, but this isn't too much hassle, just remember to get one if you need it.It looks really good too, and I'd definitely go for this again.

The quality of this toothbrush is at the highest level. It cleans very thoroughly because, first of all, it tells you how to brush your teeth properly with smart pressure sensor. The toothbrush can be easily connected to the application via Bluetooth, where you can choose your favourite colour. It is handy and easy to use. It works quite quietly. It has 4 smart modes: daily clean, sensitive, super sensitive and whitening. The package also includes user manuals, brush head and charger. I am 100% satisfied and I recommend this purchase to everyone.

I don't normally comment on these reviews but felt inclined to do so for this item.The toothbrush overall is fine however the battery life is terrible.There are 3 people in the house and if we use it morning and before bed the toothbrush will run out of battery sometimes. We have resorted to charging it nightly now and it just about gets through the day.This is shocking battery life compared to our old toothbrush which lasted approx 3 days before needing a charge.Plus there is no 2 min indicator on this toothbrush so you just have to use it and determine for yourself when you've brushed enough.
