Bought to make risotto and other similar meals.No problem at all with taste, usability etc.Have also used them in smaller quantities in mushroom soup alongside regular mushrooms to boost the taste.This pack size will last us a very long time - would definitely recommend them.

Having bought these on holiday in France, where they are called cêpes, I was delighted to be able to get these. Added to meat dishes, omelettes and sauté potatoes, they give a wonderful smoky unami flavour. A must in my kitchen.I keep them in the fridge, a tip from France, which helps keep them fresher longer. Reconstituted with a little water before adding to food, and I use the water for extra taste in my cooking.These are good quality and nice big pieces, unlike the tiny fragments sold in supermarkets.

Good quality however I found a brown wall plug in with mushrooms!Tried to contact company but this seems to only way I found to give this feedback.

DPMs' are not to everyones' tast. However, they can add flavour to a bland, savoury dish. They are also the only food that does not have a use by date.

these come in with a lot of dust and clinging dirt that is very hard to clean
