The media could not be loaded. I couldn't ask for better quality; you'll never regret purchasing this item. I love it; I meditate next to it. It's pure and natural relaxation. Also, my bird 🐦 loves it.

Leaks
It leaked where the top half connected to the bottom. I put it on a level surface and made sure there was no debris and it still leaked. It would be easy to repair with some silicon seal, but you had to remove the top to clean it.
