Learning Resources EI-5202 Geosafari Seascope,Blue

Bought this for my 4year old niece.She loves being around water, at the seaside or the river Ouse.This SeaScope is well made and easy to use, she will have lots of fun looking at the creatures & objects up close.Well worth the money.

We love it!!

This was bought for our grandson's birthday in April, intended for his summer holidays when he would be able to use it at the seaside. He has now come back from his holiday this summer but had been unable to use it to see anything in the sea water. Batteries were changed etc and unfortunately it was still unusable. A very disappointed grandson, and an item that was not up to the purpose it was intended for. A waste of money for something that was billed as a learning resource!!

My nephew loved this present always uses it in fresh water ponds/lakes

Slightly reserving judgement as we haven't used this in deep watwrcyet. Used for rock pooling but quite difficult to hold and focus at the same time for children. The body of it is quite large for small hands although nice solid construction and practical as comes apart if they get sand /excess of water inside the body. Will trial it in the sea in warmer weather but at the moment I feel its an expensive buy for an item not easy to use and not wholly successful in rock pool situations.

This is a fab thing to have, it’s great for searching rock pools and it’s easy to hold.My grandson is 8 and he loves having it at the beachHaving a light on it is a good feature

Absolutely useless. Don't waste your money. All the adults in our family could not get it to focus. One can see very little. The children could not manage at all.

The grandkids are loving this. They look under our dock for fish, used it at the beach and pool as well. We may need to buy another one so they can look at things at the same time. LOL

Bought it so my son could enjoy our pond/fish. Barely has any zoom. Very difficult to focus on non moving objects…forget about moving ones. And the lights don’t help at night either.

This seemed like a good gift for my grandchildren, who go to the beach every summer and have a creek by their house, but they say it doesn't work as advertised....you can't actually see anything through it....or you can't see well. They hated it. Waste of money.

NICE IDEA BUT IT DID NOT WORK. RETURN WAS WITHOUT TROUBLE.
