I love this brand. It's supposed to have a very high, possibly one of the highest mineral counts. It's Very salty & quite moist but works fine. In fact I use it throughout the day & haven't been getting leg cramps.

I bought this after looking into reviews from several sources. I'm not a chemist, never took biology and I don't own any relative testing equipment to verify claims made about this salt or what is stated on the package. The foregoing aside, it seems this salt should be high on the list of quality, natural salts, based on the reported mineral content.In light of the highly processed stuff sold as salt at the local store, it stands to reason this would be a good add to anyone's pantry, if just half of what is claimed is true.Interestingly, I can tell when I've had too much of the processed salt. Within five minutes of eating it, I'll start coughing and the coughing will continue for about an hour, until my system clears. That seems less a problem with this and other raw salts.

Right!?! Why else would I have received wet “Sun dried sea salt with dirt still in it! It was so wet it clogged my simple table salt shaker. So I put it in my salt mill and clogged it up before I could season my Porterhouse steak. So I collected, weighed, dehydrated and weighed the salt again. The Salt pre-dehydrated weight was 100% but I lost 9% after dehydrating it. Some sun-dried salt. Right. Oh and excuse me but the clear unsealed Ziplock bag with a home printed black on white label. I can only assume it has not been tampered with.It has minerals in it. It has minerals so hard they jammed my salt mill after being dehydrated. Beware. No return on investment here my friends.
