Great, better than the online reviews and comparison videos
So if you’re looking for a headset like this you’re looking at it for talking first and media second. This isn’t an Apple Bose or other headset, it sounds good nothing wrong with it but for music other brands focus on what you hear. This headset focuses on what your other party hears. Barking dogs, people in the background are all filtered out, 1000 times better than those other top brands would hope to do. And it sounds good, is comfortable to have on for along time, and for this one that I got is highly portable. It has other features too but that is what I needed and this headset has exceeded my expectations. Also for Amazon renewed this was great, came with everything it did new. A plus worth every penny

Outstanding for Teams and Zoom Calls!
This headset has completely transformed my virtual meeting experience. Whether I’m on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the audio clarity is exceptional, and the noise-cancelling feature works like a charm.I really like that this is has a USB-C UC receiver, it’s truly a game changer. The speed and reliability of the connection far exceed anything I’ve used before, making setup and usage effortless. The comfort and build quality are also top-notch, allowing me to wear the headset for extended calls without any discomfort. If you’re looking for a dependable headset for professional use, this one is worth every penny. It folds nicely and is compact for travelling.

Great all around headset so far
I was deciding between this and Dell's new pro headset. The jabra portability and low profile, as well as the ability to use it as a wired headset if need be, were intriguing. i was a bit nervous about some of the reports about the microphone cutting out with Teams and was ready to return this if need be. I have only had it a few days but have heavily used them on two different computers and have not had anyone report me cutting out. So far I am happy.Pros:Compact profileportablevery lightweightgood sound qualityrich feature setcons:ANC is maybe a 6/10. this is my first noise cancelling headset and while it does "something" it is not like it will totalyy drown out a yelling kid. Maybe my expectations are too high though for an on-ear design. it would certainly take care of normal volume conversation though.maybe a little plasticy for the price, but I think this is part of the lightness equation. Jury is out on it holding up - but I am optimistic. In closing, this would be a tough call at the full price and I would have most definitely gone with something else, but at a discounted price it was close enough that the combination/tradeoffs were intriguing.

Quality and Battery Life
The sound quality on these are amazing. I have to attend Zoom meetings in a large breakroom; the noise cancelation blocks out background noise great and the other attendees in the zoom hear what I say clearly and don't hear the background noise either.Another great feature is that when you set these down for a few minutes they go in an idle mode to save battery. Just pick them up and they autocorrect and resume where you left off.The battery life is fantastic with each charge it seems to improve. I keep my volume at about 30% and have used them for 12 hours straight. These are proof that you get what you pay for. JABRA has always satisfied me with their products, but these surpass any product of theirs I have ever owned.

Serious Mic Flaw – Not Worth Buying
DO NOT BUYThe microphone has an issue where it may move up without you noticing, which cuts off the signal and stops it from working. If you slightly push it down with your fingers, even just a tiny bit, it will start working again. People will likely mention that your audio is cutting out when they hear it. This is a hardware issue, and you can fix it by securing the mic in a downward position with something to keep it tight.Since this issue was not noticed during testing before delivering the product, I am giving it a 1-star rating. It is a very annoying problem.

works great with teams.
I had a Blueparrot headset for 2 years it suddenly decided that it didnt want to turn on so I decided to try this one. I am so glad I bought this I am in and out of meetings all day long this headset made working with teams so much easier. The integration with teams is truly amazing, you can lower the mic boom to answer a call raise it to mute and lower it to unmute. There is a button to answer and end a call if you dont use the mic boom. The Jabra direct app is beyond easy to use and makes setup for things like the mic boom answer and mute. I have not had any issues with the mic cutting in and out as some have stated but it is just the first day. I will update if there are any issues but for now I love it.

Disappointed… very disappointed
The product was good to a point. The microphone stopped working and now Jabra say they can’t help me because I’m in South Africa.

Feels cheap
I’m coming from the 1st gen Jabra Evolve 75 and the way these look in person and fold up they feel cheap. They are super light but even the ear pads looked smashed in. I also tried the evolve 65 (not flex) previously and couldn’t stand how the mic boom flings up but doesn’t contour back to the headphones if magnetic like my 75s. Those also don’t have ANC so I think the 65 line up just isn’t for me if you are used to a more premium feel from the 75.
