This golden filament looks really cool and prints beautifully! I had an issue with it clogging my printer on the second use, but after some adjustments, it’s been working well. Definitely worth it for the color and finish, just be prepared to tweak your settings if needed.

This filament prints so smooth right out of the box and the color is just right. Not too dark or too light. Very happy!

I have bought the Overture Neon Green Silk PLA for Ender 3v2.Adhesion: This was quite tricky, I could not get it stick. I ended up printing first layer at 70C for bed and 215C for filament, then it adhered without further problems. The rest of the print is run at 60C/200C.The recyclable spool: I love that they don’t have plastic spools. However all of them are harder to rotate in my spool dryer and they seemed to be spooled unevenly, going deep on one side. Troublesome unspooling and cause extrusion issue.Overall print quality: Temperature tower looked great from 200C to 220C which is not common, so kudos. I print at 200C and 3mm retraction distance to avoid zits and stringing and the results are great as you can see on the attached picture.

I bought this roll as I absolute love the Overture PLA, but I will say that the silk has a tendency to string as you can see in the photo. The rolls are a great size and it adheres nicely to the plate and comes off easily if you have your settings correctly set. The print speed is perfect so the functionality is just what I need to knock out quick jobs. This filament is not brittle or cheap and is a rather nice quality filament. I will just give up my beautiful colors and not repurchase the silk due to the extra stringing. Or figure out different settings to get this more under control.

Overture always has a great brand of 3D printing filaments. There hasn't been one I've been disappointed with. I've used it to print a variety of simple to complicated prints and it hasn't disappointed me yet. Follow the recommended stats on the label and I haven't gone wrong. I've used it with both a Flash Forge Adventurer 5M and Artillery Sidewinder x1 with no issues. Great brand, great product!

Works consistently with a Prusa. The gold/purple makes a great effect.
