Crossbeats Armour Dive Smart Watch is a Total Disaster if used in Water and I will vouch for it.I bought a CrossBeats Armour Dive smart watch to use while swimming, as what the product advertises• ⌚【30M WATERPROOF 】/Extremely resistant to damage - With a 3 ATM grade, the Armour smartwatch is water-resistant to a depth of upto 30 meters and can accompany you as you surf, swim, or explore the mysterious underwater world togetherIn the watch box delivered, it was also mentioned IP 68 water proof, and so I was very confident there will not be any problem.I received the product on 27th June 2024. I was happy and impressed by the look and quality of the watch as such, but sadly when I used it first time for swimming the same day, not even 1m deep, it worked for some time, and then it started flickering, then different icons were moving around, and then it stopped working. Again when I charge it starts up, flickers and starts misbehaving.Amazon does not accept return even the very next day unless Crossbeats say it cannot be repaired, and Crossbeats wanted me to take it to Service Centre in Bangalore, which is 1 hour drive from Jakkur to Marthalli. Since I did the blunder of buying this watch, and my money is at stake, I found some time and went all the way to service center and handed it over on 08/10/24.After 2 months wait, service centre called me on 12/12/24, to say that replacement watch has come, but it is not CrossBeats Armour Dive that I had bought, but it is CrossBeats Everest model they are replacing with. I emailed crossbeats and what they had to say was “Due to stock issues, we have sent you the Everest model instead of the Armour.”When I checked the price difference between the two models were around 1000 rupees, so essentially not only I lost 1000 rupees, but also do not have a watch that I could use while I am swimming. So guys please be aware, if you want a watch for use in water, never ever buy Crossbeats Armour Dive.Above Review comments I had posted on 17/Jan/2025 as a very unhappy customer who felt totally let down by Amazon and Crossbeats.Today 21/Feb/2025 Crossbeats escalation team has contacted me and promised they will provide me a replacement of the Original Armor Dive watch since they had problem with earlier batch of watches with respect to water proofing. So I will wait for the replacement watch to reach me, check if it works good in water as well, and accordingly update the review comments and ratings.

Excellent build quality, good functionality and battery life, it's a value for money product, user friendly interface.

The product is worth the money and very useful.. The product has met the requirements. The display is amazing. The accuracy is good for the amount. I have been using it for past month.

Good product , could have been better but at this price range is fine. The always on display works well bht there are limited watch faces and we need to manually change everytime by going in app, cannot directly change from watch. Watch has some lags too but what to expect more at this price , I purchased for 3499/- which is fine.
