Started these last week, taking 2 in the morning first thing with water. 1 in the evening.I read a review that said to take 2 in morning before you eat anything as it helps with stomach issues so that was my plan.I have a very bubbly reactive stomach that gives me discomfort, I’ve had it all checked out but to no ends but seems to have coincided with the start of the menopause which I understand through my own research is quite common.I noticed an improvement straight away especially in the morning to mid afternoon but the effects wore off towards the evening hence the top up. I have a much more comfortable day and I can only assume it’s down to the anti inflammatory effects as everything seems much calmer and less reactive.This could be a placebo of trying something new or it could be a genuine improvement so I’m going to stay on this path for a month and see how it goes.I never catch colds but instead might get a cold sore to indicate I’ve been in contact with one. I’m hoping these may help with those and I also have the propolis cream herstat which I now use on my lips nightly. It’s very effective.My husband had covid for 8+ days, we stayed home together as I can work from home, I didn’t catch it but I did get a cold sore.This sent me on the route to find out what might help with those and read about the digestive benefits.I’ll report back in a month for those that might want an update
