Glad I bought it!
Easy to set up and use and the water is nice and cool and tasteless! Perfect! I chose this one because it filters out the fluoride which is bad for hyperthyroidism.I did not want to set up on my countertop. I bought a water bottle dispenser stand and set it in that. Works great!

Happy Customer-Thanks Krystal for the great customer service
I purchased the Waterdrop Upgrade Gravity-Fed King Tank Filter System for a Christmas 2024 present and my family has been blessed with great tasting water. The system itself was easy to assemble, requiring only 30 minutes which included the flushing out of the 4 filters. My family noticed an instant improvement in the taste of our local water, which is highly treated since the water is from a lake that has a lot of activity (skiing, fishing, etc.). Instead of drinking from the faucet, we were purchasing several gallons of water each water due to the taste of our local water. That’s a waste of money and resources (plastic jugs). This Waterdrop system will give us up to 6,000 gallons of clean tasting water before requiring replacement of the carbon filters. A special shout-out to Krystal in the Waterdrop Customer Service Department. I had a very small problem and Krystal solved it quickly. Thanks, Krystal, for the great customer service. By the way, we selected the Waterdrop system after reading seven reviews and tests of 4 other companies plus Waterdrop. Waterdrop Gravity-Fed King Tank consistently beat the competitors in quality tests. For a fair price, top quality and great tasting water, it’s Waterdrop for me!

Looks sharp
Looks to be well made, just wished they would provide 2 washers. I added another to have one on each side for piece of mind. Also, I could not tell what the red ball is made of. Is it a petroleum based plastic ball?

The Smartest Purchase I Ever Made
I am so glad I bought this and more glad that I found it.I started noticing that I hated tap water. I hated the taste and it irritated my stomach. Then one day I got a tooth infection and it turned out that I needed a root canal. I did research to find out what the cause was and it was from too much acid in my diet. I didn't know what I was eating that had a lot of acid. I did more research and to my surprise I found that acid is in tap water. The way around it was to use alkaline water. Then the question was how to get it economically. I already tried a Brita filter and I knew I didn't see much of a difference in the taste. So I did more research and found that one of the best filters was carbon. They get most of the containments out of the water. After that I had to do more research to find out which filter used carbon. Well U decided to try Water Drop. The water tastes so good that I crave it. It makes my stomach feel clean. Today i went to a restaurant and when I drank the water they served it tasted awful and I could taste chlorine in it. I refused to drink it. When I returned home i drank about 2 glasses of my filtered water and I felt like I just took a spoonful of vitamins. I just love this water and the taste!

Failed my water test miserably
My tap water read 154ppm and the water from this filter was 136ppm. I also tested bottled water which came back at 4ppm. So you can do the math. This filter does not filter squat. Water runs through it so fast, I dont think its filtering anything. Into the trash it goes. Thank goodness I listened to my intuition and got a water tester. And since Berkey seems to have gone out of business, I have to find another filtration system again. Back to the drawing board.Edit: At least customer service is great and got me a refund even though my refund window has passed. Thank you.
