I was unsure about the certainty of my grandchild being my son's so I decided to order to get the answers we needed. We received the results back in 2 days. Found out the grandchild was not ours. My son ordered the paterinty and I ordered the grandparents test. Both were easy to follow and quick results turnaround. Even tho these do not hold up in court it has given the peace of mind we needed.

Received kit within a day.Kit has simple instructions on how to swab, package and send.I love that fedex is used to get the kit to the lab facility (faster than snail mail).Getting the result in 1 to 2 days of lab receiving kit is great. Stress free knowing that the results are sent via email.I love that the costs of this kit is affordable on Amazon. I think it should also be affordable in-stores, if not already in-stores.This lab will sends additional swab, if initial results are inconclusive and require additional testing at no charge with same instructions and mailing procedures.

We purchased this test and found it straightforward to use, with results delivered promptly. However, I must highlight my concern regarding the inadequate clarity of the results. As a family of engineers and statisticians, we are struggling to interpret phrases such as "...results indicate that it is ##.## times more likely..." The numerical value provided seems low, and we are uncertain about the basis for this calculation.We have reached out to request further details to better understand the significance of these numbers, but unfortunately, the responses we received merely reiterated the initial information. We are particularly interested in understanding whether the degree of relatedness is measured on a scale of 20 or 100. If it is on a scale of 100, then the reported number does not seem to align logically.They need to clarify whether we are expected to multiply this score, and if so, by what factor.

Simple and painless cheek swab test that can be done at home. The test results came relatively fast (even though it felt like forever and it was delayed because I had no way to ship FedEx on Sunday). The results were confirmed by another test that was valid in court.

I was very unsure about paternity lab until I sent the results, we sent in one swab for the child and one swab for the grandparent and we still got the results that I expected, we were supposed to send in four swabs for each person but the grandparent didn't read the directions right and we still got the results I expected! I highly recommend paternity lab. Thank you for everything and giving my family the answers they needed!
