Excellent replacement for their crappy doorbell camera.
Easy to install, clear pictures, and the light at night is perfect and very useful. Had their doorbell camera which stopped sending picture but continued to work as doorbell, so this camera with light and 2 way audio is a much better solution for my sccenario. Bell rings on dead doorbell cam, and this cam handles the rest. They make good stuff but dont think much of their live customer support chat. China pretending to be america i am guessing.

Good camera but features missing from app
I got this camera as an upgrade to monitor the street to the left of my house, it good combination although the second zoom camera should be slightly higher resolution to be more useful. While the image is zoomed, the resolution is lower, overall giving you more detail, but not by much. One annoyance is Reolink's app features don't always keep up with the cameras features. If you're looking for a camera that records, your MVR this camera is great, if you're looking for extra bales and whistles, you may wish to look elsewhere.IMOO Reolink cams lack features that have been available and cheaper cameras for years. For example while Reolink cameras support email and ftp alerts, I have a 12 year-old low old Axis cam that a support multiple alarm zones, http/TCP event triggers etc..

Great set of cameras in a small package
This is a great product that houses 2 cameras in 1 unit. It has a wide angle shot and a zoomed shot. I purchased it to cover my front yard and my car. Overall, the cameras work well and the set up was just as easy as any Reolink Camera. My only issue is it would be beneficial to be able to adjust the height of the zoomed camera in order to maximize both views. However, outside of that, I would recommend this product if you have a need to cover to shots in the same space.

Plug and play
Okay, so I had a question. Can you mount the wall and the ceiling? Yes, you can, and you can feed the wires back up the hole to hide all the wires. Some people may find the installation difficult if they do not have cat 6 crimpers or the skills to pull the cables and install them themselves, but the setup was simple, the image is fantastic, and we will be adding more to the system.

Not Reolink's best work - UPDATE: Amazing Customer Service!
UPDATE: I’ve been working with Reolink’s customer service. They worked with me extensively to try to identify the camera’s issues, and ultimately came to a great resolution. This particular camera might not be ideal for my needs, but it works fine natively and I’m happy about the functionality I get out of many other Reolink models. Not many companies stand by their product like this anymore. Happy I’ve made an investment with Reolink. This camera was meant to be part of a more widespread upgrade to the existing cameras on our property. Reolink generally has a good reputation, and I knew from prior experience that they work well on firewalled/self-contained systems. However, being nearly 2 years old without a single updated firmware has taken its toll on this camera, with unstable RTSP feeds and a buggy interface. This camera drops its signal frequently when integrated with a number of monitoring packages, including a viewer as simple as VLC. For the added cost, the zoom function doesn't help much. This might end up getting returned. For the same price I can get 2 510As which are far more stable. The Trackmix POE is a very similar camera, but is rock solid with none of the same problems, plus you get motorized PTZ.

Good camera but zoom lens sucks
The cameras quality is pretty good. It’s well made and the wide angle lens is great, has good clarity. With a decent field of view But the zoom lens is terrible. Not good clarity and it’s focused on the center of the field of view and you can’t move it all. For my situation was pointless I wanted to install it in the center of my driveway to look over my cars. The zoom lens was pointing straight at the ground. It would be great if you can move the zoom lens to certain location. Thought about installing it on the side of my house to look at the corner of the street where cars drive by pretty fast. Again same thing zoom lens was pointing at the ground. Also thought about keeping it and just use the wide angle lens but decided to return. Thinking about getting a Reolink 1212A.
