Easier to use versus other brands
Product works better than other brands. I use the water displacement method for sealing the bags. The bags are flexible enough to conform to the shape of the food allowing air to escape. The double seal is easy to close yet seals tight. Much easier than other brands.Bags are then strong enough to use several times.

Really Like These -- When The Price Is Reasonable
Been using these for a few years. I like them better than ziplocks for big steaks.High quality product all around. Except sometimes the price here is on the gouging side.

The ones that are not defective are perfect
The ones that are not defective are perfect. They are large. They are flexible enough that it is possible to remove all of the air from the bag before placing it in the sous vide tank. But about 1 in 5 or 6 in my latest bag were defective and will not seal. It's easy to tell which is which. Some of the bags were sealed when still in the box. You unseal the bag, insert your food, remove the air, and seal the bag again. Some were not sealed in the bag. You insert your food, removed the air, try to seal the bag and find out that it will not seal. So you remove the food from the bag, replace any lost seasonings, and use another bag. It's easy enough to figure out which bags won't seal, once you know the trick. But you are paying for the defective bags. They should do a better job. This is not high teck.

great size for larger cuts of meat
Great quality bags and the perfect size larger cuts of meat or vegetables. I find that I only use these when I am only sous viding one item because another bag doesn't fit well into the water bath when you are using this one.

Absolutely easy to use
Absolutely easy to use, robust bags. A little large and I wish they had a medium sized version but the bag actually fitted a rolled pork loin and marinade well. Well worth the price (and the shipping)!

Great bags!
These zip-top plastic bags are super thick, food grade quality and will withstand high temperatures without the problems regular zip-top bags have when exposed to high temperatures. I would highly recommend this product.

Li utilizzo per cotture sous vide fino a 72 ore di durata. Finora non ho avuto problemi. Anche al tatto danno una sensazione di robustezza.

Great size and have worked fine for me so far
Good quality bags and big enough to fit a bone in leg of lamb. Just be careful of sharp bones as they can rip the bag

Sacchetti ben fatti. Forse un po' complicati da chiudere. Sono davvero molto ampi. Li avevo acquistato con il pensiero di utilizzarli più di una volta lavandoli ma una volta unti l'operazione risulta davvero difficile. 3 stelle per il costo...
