Great Value
Followed a recipe to make my own Kebabs using this spice and certainly recommend you try. Cheaper than a take a way. More convenient and made enough to put some in the freezer.

Some flavours stronger than others
Delivered quickly and product is well packaged. I couldn't wait to try this and after reading the instructions set to work making my kebabs. My family thought they were great, but I found them way too salty - mint was strong too; everyone's tastes are different though. I'll modify my recipe a few times and see how it goes, but I'm deducting a star for the current level of saltiness. Would I buy this again? Yes, as I'm sure there's a workaround.

Yes, yep, this is it…
The best one I’ve tried so far. Used for kofta kabab and was the best I’ve ever made. I can fully understand putting this into a lamb burger as well. As for a beef burger. Maybe half the amount. Use cold water !!! Let rest overnight if possible but at very least a few hours.

Great flavour
If you like kofta kebabs add this powder to your lamb mince and you'll have the best tasting kebabs

Repugnant
It smells and tastes repugnant and a waste of money. It has this wear smell of decay, with a hint of parsley, it tastes as bad as it smells, and tastes nothing like kebab or kofte and definitely not burgers.
