We were sent the wrong size roll-up mat with this.
We love our sink but the roll-up thing is too short. We would like one that will fit and will send this part back.

It does not drain right
The media could not be loaded. I been wish to buy this for months and when I finally got it installed it and went to use for the first timeThe water don’t drain properly and water stays on the sink so extra work for something it supposed to do puddles of water and the material looks like ot will brake to think of a metal :(The x stamp it does not do what supposed to it’s to flat I think I won’t mind spending the extra money for something that it will work properlyIt’s a bummer been looking forwardI know wifey won’t be happy

Good for the price but …
Sink dimensions are accurate and the removable accessories is a nice feature. Great size/depth to fit all if not most of your kitchenware. The roll up rack however is too short as other have stated therefore useless. The wooden cutting warped after ONE use, probably needs to be treated/seal of some sort prior to usage but thats beyond my expertise. The sound deadening of the sink also seems a bit sub-par, possibly adding your own sound deadening material underneath can give it a more “quality feel”. Not sure if the seller reads these reviews but if there is a properly sized roll up rack, I would happily accept a replacement.

Sink doesn’t connect to garbage Diposal
I did not see this in the reviews or in the details. Had to use my old drain to connect to my Garbage Disposal. Maybe it’s just my disposal but it’s brand new. Also, I did see this in the reviews, the wire doesn’t fit AT ALL. So that’s useless. Sink is already installed and under mounted to my new counters. Not too happy.
