We wanted something cheap but also something that can do the job well, our daughter has a disability so we needed to get an extra hand rail up on the stairs without all the rip off expense of the high street stores (some charging £13 a bracket). The brackets are strong and sturdy and are great value foe money as I needed 8 of them, unlike other reviews I think we used the screws provided but we did have to buy wall plugs which were not provided, that was my husbands only grumble. I would definitely recommend these if you want something cheap and something that will the job.
