Purchased this stainless steel handrail in July 2024 for my hall/landing refurb, fitted in October, has been in service now for 5 months or so and still looks a good as when fitted. quality of this item is excellent, well put together and sturdy, fixing screws good quality and looks good on wall. protective packaging was also very good. top marks to seller/manufacturer. A range of sizes available to suit your wall space.Would certainly recommend this supplier.

Cut to size, very well packaged, and arrived in three days. Excellent quality, very solid and looks very stylish. Carefully measured and drilled one top raw plug. Screwed the one master top screw in place (but not to tight) and using a walking stick to hold up the bottom end to line up to existing handrail. When happy with the position marked the remaining 8 screw fixing points on the wall, unscrew the 1 master top screw and lay the new handrail on the stairs and carefully masonry drill the 8 remaining fixing and fit your own raw plugs. Re screw in the master top screw loose and each of the remaining 8 screws, tighten up all 9 screw. Hope you find the new stainless steel handrail as helpful as I do going up and downstairs. Just wish I had fitted it years ago.

Comes fully assembled with the fittings to make life so much easier, need two people to fit due to length, great quality and value.

Item did have a couple of blemishes hence the 4 stars but personally I’m not fussed as I’m sure it will get one or two more in time. As others have said the screws and rawlplugs needed upgrading. I personally went for the grey Fischer plugs and 5.0x50 screws and it’s fixed for life now. Overall simple to install and a great quality product.

Brilliant value and amazingly packaged. It came with a massive plank of wood, which to buy in B&Q would've been about £20 by itself! It came in a 5M long package that didn't fit through thye letterbox, although I had fun telling the neighbours it was a pack of condoms! The instructions had to be obtained from the website (and they are a bit short on detail) but I'm only average at DIY and fitted it fine with a second helper. The quality is first rate. If I was the manufacturer, I would offer a "premium" version that had some kind of sound muffling inside (such as like the "tar" used in car soundproofing) as if you bang it it sounds liek a hollow metal pipe (which it is). That is my only criticism, but for the amazing price it surely must still receive 5 *.
