These chairs are great. Being one of those people who looks at the 1* & 2* reviews to see what any issues there might be, I was concerned that a number of people said they were heavy, scratched, and just don’t buy. They are possibly heavy for your 5 year-old to carry, but assuming you’re an adult they are perfectly easy to move around. They are simple to fold & unfold, mine came pristine, they are really comfortable, recline to any position with a simple locking system that said 5-year old could use, and take minimal space to store. Big thumbs up from me.

Really good quality,good width,well padded. My only complaint is that I wish they were slightly higher in seat giving a longer leg length for more comfort. Very happy with them though.

These are great! Sturdy and comfortable. Little table a bonus. Did go looking in garden centres before buying from this seller. And for this quality/type I would have only got one for £99 if not more. So for me the price is good. I’ve had others in the past for cheaper but the comfort and sturdiness was not there. They was ok but these are superior. Of course there are cheaper but the difference is noticeable. Some bad feedback I read about bad stitching etc is not applicable to the chairs I have received. I’m very satisfied 👍😎

The size of the chairs is jus as advertised, maybe even 1cm wider than that (73cm from the edges of the armrests, 57cm actual usable seat width).They come with scuffs and imperfections a bit all over, like the stitching being incomplete in some spots the plastic guards at the base not being perfectly fit on the metal bars, and the plastic at the top of the armrests being fairly scuffed, as if they're either used or, most probably, it happened during shipping, since there is close to no padding in the box).They feel fairly sturdy on day one, hopefully they'll last a long time with normal usage from a person weighing 50+Kg less than the advertised max weight.Since the padding is already sewn inside the fabric, there's no need to get extra cushioning, even though a lumbar pillow would be ideal to have.Getting in and out is fairly easy as well, along with the reclining, and it's perfectly sized for a person up to 185cm+ (6'1''+) tall. I'm 185 and the back rest's height is perfect, with maybe even 5cm extra space for someone taller than I.UPDATE: After a week, the first chair collapsed under me, and it ended up flat. The pipe under the lock (which tbh wasn't staying in position and had to be squeezed back every once in a while) bent completely flat, along with the one in the back.Using the 2nd chair now, which feels sturdier and hopefully will last. (the lock also stays in position and doesn't open by itself) The 1st one might have been defective somehow.In conclusion, check them well on arrival, and use them immediately. If there is anything that doesn't feel 100% perfect, let Amazon know.UPDATE #2: Got a refund for the 2nd one as well. They're not capable of withstanding even half the weight advertised, as the support bar under the thighs will bend after a couple days of use, and then it won't support you or be able to fold up (cause said bent bar will block it from doing so). That is if it doesn't fall altogether, since it also started wobbling.
